Resonance Works: The Little Prince (Children’s Opera)
Back by popular demand, Resonance Works revives its beloved production of The Little Prince, Rachel Portman's enchanting opera for all ages, based on Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's timeless story about a young prince who has been traveling the universe in search of what is most important in life, learning truths about love, friendship, and the importance of seeing with the heart.
Our revival of this celebrated production by acclaimed stage director Keturah Stickann stars young artist Hudson Vasquez Schmitt as The Little Prince, with Daniel Teadt as The Pilot, Timothi Williams and Loghan Bazan as The Fox, Robert Frankenberry as The Snake and The Vain Man, Zuly Inirio as The Water, Yazid Gray as The Businessman, Brad Smoak as The King, Adrianna Cleveland as The Rose, and Holden Seward as The Drunkard. The Pittsburgh Youth Chorus are the chorus of birds and stars that support the Prince along his journey.
