Maybe Happy Ending
In a futuristic Seoul, two retired helper robots—Oliver and Claire—move from solitary routines into an unexpected connection in Maybe Happy Ending, an original musical romance by Will Aronson and Hue Park. Its intimate story pairs jazz-inflected music with inventive theatrical design, asking what it means to be human when its characters are not. The Broadway production won six Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and this Pittsburgh engagement is part of the show’s first North American tour.
