Irish Christmas - John Doyle
John Doyle, Cathie Ryan and Mick McAuley bring their three distinct voices and instrumental talents together for An Irish Christmas, a seasonal program of traditional Irish tunes and airs, cherished carols and newly composed songs. Dublin-born guitarist and singer-songwriter Doyle helped shape the sound of the influential band Solas, earned a Grammy nomination with fiddler Liz Carroll for Double Play, and toured as bandleader for Joan Baez. Their Pittsburgh performance is part of the trio’s 2026 holiday tour.
