A Celebration of Appalachia: CD Release and Benefit
Meet the alter ego of Hank Williams Sr., a larger-than-life sheriff, and a hermit who lives in a cave in original songs…and more! Plus old-time music, clogging, and a scenic slide show.
CROSSING APPALACHIA was inspired by the people and stories of southern West Virginia.
Admission is by FREE WILL DONATION, with 100% of proceeds going to HOPE IN THE MOUNTAINS, a nonprofit bringing hope and positive change to southern West Virginia communities through programs including education, recovery support, and access to clean water.
All attendees will RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY COPY of the Crouth’s debut solo CD, CROSSING APPALACHIA. Gary Crouth is part of the internationally touring duo, Squirrel Hillbillies, and guitarist in The Gregarious Slugs.
Doors open 6:45 PM. Main entrance on Ellsworth Avenue. Morewood Avenue accessible entrance and elevator.
