Pirates Fireworks Paddle
Join Venture Outdoors for a night paddle under the city lights on the Allegheny River as we watch Zambelli Fireworks light up the Pittsburgh skyline after the Pirates game! Please arrive early to allow time to find parking and bring a flashlight or headlamp. Visit our Outings Calendar to learn more info and purchase tickets!
These events occur during the monthly fireworks night after Pirates games. For 2026 the dates are as follows: June 11, July 10, August 7, and September 18.
Previous kayak experience is required. No experience? Join us for a beginner class!
*Reservations close 24 hours before event start. The start of the fireworks may be delayed if the baseball game runs late. While the event is scheduled to conclude at 10:30 PM guides will remain on the water if participants wish to see the show. To best accommodate all parties, participants also have the option to depart at 10:30 PM.
