Crisis Center North's 10th Annual Whispers and Roars Art Exhibition for Survivors of Domestic Violence

Crisis Center North will host its 10th annual Whispers and Roars Art Exhibition event on October 18th, 2024 at the Union Project in Shadyside at 6:30pm!

Crisis Center North (CCN) is committed to celebrating the healing qualities that art holds for domestic violence Survivors. CCN empowers victims to participate in various creative expression sessions. Every year we host an art exhibition where clients are able to display and sell the artwork they have created. Throughout the 10 years of the Whispers and Roars event, clients have experienced and grown over time in their journey through healing; some have even gone on to take college courses because of the skills they have developed through our programs. Intending to expand CCN's partnerships over the past three years, the organization is able to offer multiple mediums of artistic expression. CCN has partnered with Contemporary Crafts, the Glass Place, the Union Project, and Dots and Doodles, as well as offering in-house group sessions. For the second year in a row, the Whispers and Roars event will be held at The Union Project. The event is free to the public and we look forward to seeing everyone there on October 18th!
