The most interactive, high-energy show yet! Next Contestant Games brings your favorite TV-style game shows live to the stage, where YOU get to participate and win prizes! Hosted by Kevin Horton, a professional actor, writer, and comedian from Hollywood, CA, known for starring in American Pie Presents: The Book of Love and guest roles on prime-time TV, Disney, and Nickelodeon. Kevin is bringing MULTIPLE interactive game shows where the entire audience plays along the entire time! Expect hilarious trivia, popular playlists, and funny physical challenges!
Our featured stand up comedian, DERRICK KNOPSNYDER, has toured with comedy greats like Bo Burnham, Dave Coulier, and Josh Wolf, and was named one of the "Highest Rated Comedians" by Campus Activities Magazine. And of course, returning for his fourth year producing and hosting Comedy at the Carnegie, Aaron Kleiber, a Steel Valley native who has been entertaining audiences for over 20 years. From his early days in award-winning films and sketch comedy to launching his stand-up career, Aaron has since toured with Brad Williams, Bert Kreischer, Bob Saget, and John Witherspoon, performed at major comedy clubs across North America, and premiered his stand-up special Grown @%$ Dad on Amazon Prime, which has garnered millions of views. Aaron has acted in shows for CBS, Nickelodeon, and SyFy, appeared in major studio films like Warrior and Judas and The Black Messiah, and remains a key figure in Pittsburgh’s comedy scene, earning the title of ‘Best Comedian’ 5 times. Help celebrate the history and future of this historic landmark! Produced by 'Friends of Carnegie Library of Homestead' a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization, made up of dedicated community members, whose purpose is to support the library in education, history, and community. All proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to benefit the Carnegie Library to keep the community, vibrant with history and a place to learn thru adult and senior health and education initiatives.
